The Process

1) Consultation

An initial consultation at the client's space, over the phone, or via electronic communication is needed to determine how many rolls of wallpaper should be purchased for the job. The wallcovering should be selected before the takeoff. If you need a designer to assist, we’re happy to recommend the very best. Oh, estimates are completely free within the Austin Metro!

We respond to all inquiries within two business days. Once we receive all the pertinent information, we usually will send out an estimate within one business day.

2) Set a Date

Once the estimate is approved, the wallpaper is ordered, and a shipment date is predicted or has arrived, contact us, and we can then set a date for the installation. We require a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure a date on our installation calendar. Once the deposit is made, our office will send out appointment notifications.

Dates on our calendar are prioritized in order of approved & secured deposits. Dates are filled quickly, so once approving our estimate, make the deposit promptly before someone else snags your desired date!

3) Work Begins!

Our team will show up on the scheduled date at the agreed time. In many cases, we will want to do the wall preparation a couple of days beforehand, and that date will, of course, be arranged and agreed upon. Small powder rooms (1/2 baths), accent walls can take only one day. Larger projects might take longer, of course, but there's little disruption to the client's home or routine. The end product is a gorgeous space with an updated and fresh décor, durability, and superior craftsmanship by Hi-Country Paperworks.
